Liz DeJesus was born on the tiny island of Puerto Rico. She is a novelist and a poet. She has been writing for as long as she was capable of holding a pen. She is the author of the novel Nina(Blu Phi'er Publishing, October 2007), The Jackets (Arte Publico Press, March 2011) and First Frost (Musa Publishing, June 2012). Liz currently lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Kurt and their two sons.

I won!
I put my name in for a raffle at http://www.gudmagazine.com/ and I won a copy of this book! I've never won anything before. I'm so excited. *bounce, bounce, bounce*
I know that feeling! A few weeks ago I won the drawing on Rachel Vincent's site for "The Devil Inside," and the chocolates. It's so neat to win. Congratulations!! I love these book giveaways! I could spend my entire life just reading.
I know! Me too. I love books. I love reading and writing. I just put my name in for another contest just to see if I can get on a good luck roll or something. You never know. :)
